Kat Kinsman is a writer and editor based in New York City, she is currently Senior Food & Drinks Editor at Time Inc.’s Extra Crispy. Her debut book, Hi, Anxiety is coming out in November. She is an advocate for mental health, especially in the restaurant industry. Part of her work includes her online resource for chefs called Chefs With Issues.
