The Sixth MAD Symposium

DEARFRIENDS

The MAD Symposium is on this summer in Copenhagen on August 26th and 27th. The Symposium is two days of dynamic conversations, learning, and storytelling, all aimed at helping us evolve and grow.

This year we’ve seen the restaurant community – and the world at large – rocked by stories and experiences of women, of immigrants, of minorities. We now see our friends, collaborators, and colleagues asking how – as individuals and as an industry – we can create a world where opportunities are available to all people.

Through stories, insights from people we know, and perspectives from the outside, we will explore this relevant and pressing issue.

General Application

Attendance at the symposium will be by application. We are looking for people who are open-minded, curious, and committed to improving themselves and the world around them. As always, we want chefs, servers, sommeliers, farmers, and teachers in the tent, so we encourage anyone with an interest in taking the industry to the next level to apply for a ticket.

Price for admission is 3,500 DKK for those accepted through the application process. This will cover your two days at the Symposium, including breakfast, lunch, coffee & beer, and plenty of good follow-up conversations with the MAD team and network.

We will select applicants so that the participants at the symposium are all interested in exploring the same questions but represent a wide range of points of view, geographies, and roles both inside and outside the kitchen.

Should you have any questions, reach out to us at info@madfeed.co.

When you’re ready, hit the big green button to get started.
